This gourmet hot sauce is blended from fresh ingredients to create our signature flavor and texture. It's a recipe we've been perfecting in our kitchen since 2005.
It was Bob who came up with the name Scoville Warming in the summer of 2018, and it fits. The hot peppers we use typically register in the middle range of the Scoville Scale, and they're tempered by milder peppers and carrots. We use just a light amount of vinegar. No salt, sugar or preservatives. So the fresh flavor dominates.
We don't strain our hot sauce before we bottle it. All the good stuff would end up in the strainer! So you might have to give our bottle an extra shake to deliver a dollop of Scoville Warming.
